Since 1993, the dairy shop has been transformed into a cheese shop by Ad and Krijniëlle. Ad's childhood among cows and cheese in the Ruige Weide instilled in him a love for cheese. At 't Kaaswinkeltje, we not only celebrate our history but also our future. Ad proudly trains the next generation while continuing to strive for the highest quality and authenticity in our selection of cheeses.
